The PTA have regular meetings to organise exciting events for our children and parents to raise funds for school supplies - on average, the PTA raises over £4,000 each year! The PTA are always looking for new members, so please feel to come along to one of the meetings.
Here are just some of the things that valuable PTA funds have been used for in school over the last year:
- Small and large plastic crates for Reception Class
- Accelerated Reader books
- Read to Write Units
- Black t-shirts with school logo for events in and out of school
- Guided reading books and new spinner for KS1
- Plastic sheds for the playground for Literacy and Numeracy activities during break and lunch time
- Reading corner hanging rail and large book bags
- Nelson Handwriting Scheme for Reception - Year 6
and for use at PTA fundraising events:
- Hook a duck
- Tenpin bowling set
- Quoits set
- Refreshments
- Disco bingo machine
